Board/Training :  27/day

Lay-up:  20/day

Hauling:  .75/mile (50.00 minimum)  Hauling costs subject to change

Braiding: 25/clients horses, 40/outside horses

Sales:  15% of sale price

 

Clients are responsible for providing standing leg wraps, sheet, blanket, hood, sleezy and halter bearing the horse’s name when delivering the horse to Cheval LLC.  Owners of horses who do not arrive with the aforementioned equipment shall be billed for the necessary equipment. Owners of horses who damage facility or Cheval LLC property shall be responsible for replacing/repairing said damage at their expense.

All clients shall provide a copy of registration papers and USEF and AHA cards.

Training shall be considered the activities performed on a daily basis to train and care for owner’s horses. This includes riding or exercising horses as well as grooming and feeding. Lay-up shall be considered activities performed while trainer(s) are away at shows or should a horse be injured and unable to be ridden yet still needs daily care.  This will include grooming, feeding and all other health related care.

Veterinary, farrier and all other services provided by independent contractors are the responsibility of clients to pay directly to the party rendering the service. 

Training fees will be billed at the first of every month.  Interest on unpaid balances shall accrue starting on the tenth of every month.  Horses belonging to clients with invoices 30 days past due shall be reduced to stall board until the outstanding bill is paid. Horses whose owners are delinquent in their payments shall not show until all outstanding invoices are paid in full.

All prize money shall be retained by owners.

Owners may be required to purchase their own tack and or equipment.

Show fees include trainer fees, staff fees, horse preparation charges and lessons while attending the show. Entry fees, office fees, bedding, hauling charges, early arrival fees and all other charges are not included in show fees and shall be paid by owners.  Tack and groom stalls as well as patronship fees shall be prorated. 

Cheval LLC is responsible for the entry paperwork pertinent to each client’s horse(s) for shows.  Entry fee payment must be provided within the allotted entry dates.  Horse show entries shall be submitted only upon payment in full. Cheval LLC will not extend credit to clients for entries.
